Repeat production of a component to a fixed drawing — hundreds or thousands of the same trim, panel or bracket. The process is set up once and run consistently: laser cutting from nested sheets, V-grooving and folding on programmed settings, then finishing or PVD coating in batches. Aluminium, mild steel or stainless steel.
