What V-grooving does

A controlled channel is milled along the bend line before forming. With less material in the way, the sheet closes to a far smaller radius than a press brake alone allows.

Why it matters on site

Sharper external corners, smaller bend radii, cleaner geometry and less deformation on the visible face — the difference between a profile that reads as machined and one that reads as folded.

Where MCS uses it

Glass housing profiles, sharp-edge U and L sections, ceiling baffles, lift cladding and any profile that sits at eye level with nothing to hide the corner.


Finish

Coated after fabrication, never before

Pre-coated sheet leaves raw, uncoated metal at every cut and every joint. MCS cuts, bends, welds and buffs each piece first, then coats it — so the colour is continuous across faces, edges and welds.

Geometry

Square and rectangular sections, held true

Sharp-cornered profiles with parallel legs down the full run. The section you sign off on a sample is the section that arrives in production quantity.

Scope

Prototype through production

One-off mock-ups, sample development and bulk runs come off the same machines, so what is approved at sample stage is reproducible at quantity.

Finish range

One section. Any finish.

Coating goes on after the part is cut, bent, welded and buffed — never before. That is why the colour runs unbroken across faces, edges and welds, and why a joint does not show a raw silver line.

Built on the shop floor.

Cutting, grooving, bending, welding, buffing and finishing happen in one facility in Narela, Delhi. Nothing critical to the corner or the finish leaves the building between operations — which is what keeps a profile consistent from the first sample to the last length.
