A profile that wraps the front edge of a stair tread — protecting the edge, defining the step, and giving the foot a consistent line to find. Folded from sheet with a V-grooved corner so the face and down-stand meet at a sharp edge. Stainless steel, brass or aluminium, cut to the tread length.
