An angle profile fixed over an external wall corner to take knocks that would otherwise chip plaster or panelling. Specified in corridors, car parks, back-of-house areas and retail floors. Available with equal legs, V-grooved to a sharp apex, or with a rounded apex where a softer edge is wanted.
