Cutting, grooving, bending, welding, buffing and finishing follow one another in one workshop in Narela, Delhi. Nothing that affects the corner or the finish leaves the building between steps.
One process or the whole part
Send only the step you need, a laser cut, a V-groove or a bend, or the complete part: cut, grooved, bent, welded and finished in one workshop. Our design team plans the route through the machines before anything is cut.

One part, start to finish

01Design desk
Your drawing is checked, the flat sizes, grooves and bend order are worked out, and the cut file is made.
02Laser cutting
The flat blank, its holes and any pattern are cut from the sheet.
03V-grooving
A groove along each bend line that must end in a sharp corner.
04Bending
The blank is folded into its section, bend by bend, in the planned order.
05Welding
Pieces are joined, ground flush and assembled where the part needs it.
06Finishing
Mirror, hairline, matte or bead blast, done after the fold so corners match.
07Colour
PVD or powder coating, arranged by MCS through approved coating vendors.
08Inspection
Sizes, corners and finish checked against the drawing and your approved sample.

What MCS makes, and how MCS makes it
These are two different things, and this website keeps them apart. A glass housing profile is a product. Laser cutting, V-grooving and bending are the processes that make it.
