The difference is in the edge
A press brake wraps the sheet around its tool, so the outside corner comes out round. Efficient and right for hidden parts: sub-frames, carriers, brackets.
We first mill a V-shaped groove along the bend line and leave a thin web of metal. The sheet folds into the groove and the corner closes to a sharp edge.
Where a corner is seen from close by, V-grooving pays. Where it is hidden, ordinary bending is enough and costs less, and we tell you so.

A profile, a panel and a louver from our sample collection, each drawn in 2D and 3D. Open one in the builder to change it, or add it to your BOQ.
Show us what you need to make
Send a drawing, a DXF, a sketch, a photograph or a sample. Our design team reviews it, plans the route through our machines (laser cutting, V-grooving, bending, welding, finishing) and makes a sample for your approval. Production then repeats it, with the delivery date committed in writing.
