CNC V-grooving channel milled into stainless steel sheet before bending

The difference is in the edge

Laser → V-groove → bend → weld → finish → inspect. One chain, one workshop, your drawing.

Design tool · Louver Planner

Plan your louver,
blade by blade

Enter the opening, choose the blade section, its angle and the pitch. You see the elevation and the section to scale, how many blades and supports it takes, and whether the blades overlap seen straight on. A geometric plan only: it does not rate airflow, rain or sun.

Elevation, 2,400 × 1,500 mm: 18 blades, 3 supports (dashed). The band of each blade is what it covers seen straight on.
Section through the first 6 blades, outside on the right: pitch 83.5 mm, blades reach 98 mm deep.
Z blade 20 × 100 × 20, at 45°, 1.5 mm aluminium, mill (as supplied).

  • ✓Seen straight on, the blades overlap: no straight view through (a geometric check only, not a rain or light test).
  • ✓Sizes look buildable. Our design team checks the section, the spans and the fixings on your drawing.

The blades go in as profiles (18 × 2,390 mm), the support channels as a second line (3 × 1,500 mm). Each can be changed later in the profile builder. Prices come from MCS on request.
