Who we are
Metal Craft Studio (MCS) is a sheet metal job-work company at D-1668, DSIIDC Industrial Area, Narela, Delhi 110040, India. For anything about your data, write to info@metalcraftstudio.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us. Through the quote form: what you need, the project type, the description of your requirement, metal, finish, quantity, the project location, your name, company, role, email address, phone and WhatsApp number, your comments, and any drawings or photographs you upload (up to 5 files of 20 MB each).
Through the download registration, before the first catalogue or brochure: your name, phone, email address, company and type of work, and which file you asked for. We send one short email with the link to that file.
With the form we also keep the page you sent it from, the page that brought you to the website and any campaign tags in the address (for example utm_source), so we know which pages and listings bring enquiries. A hidden check against automatic spam records only that a trap was triggered, not who you are.
If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep that conversation like any other business correspondence.
Why we use it
To read your requirement, review your drawing, prepare a quotation, make samples and carry out the order, and to contact you about that enquiry. We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Your drawings
Drawings, sketches, samples and photographs you send are treated as confidential project information. They are used only to review, quote and make your parts, and are seen only by the people at MCS who work on your enquiry. They stay your property.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is stored by our website host and delivered to our email. We share it only with authorities, and only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
An enquiry is kept as long as it is needed to answer it, to carry out any order that follows and to meet accounting and tax rules. You can ask us at any time to delete an enquiry that did not lead to an order.
Analytics and cookies
The website itself sets cookies only when you register for downloads: two small cookies, kept for a year, that tell the website this browser is registered so the form is not asked again. They hold a registration number, never your details. When the site is live it uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful; Google Analytics sets its own cookies for that.
Your browser keeps three small notes on your own device: your light or dark theme choice, the products you add to an enquiry, and the campaign tags of your first visit. They never leave your device unless you send the quote form, and you can clear them in your browser at any time.
Films, WhatsApp and maps
Films play from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and only after you press play. WhatsApp and map links open those services, whose own privacy terms then apply.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Write to info@metalcraftstudio.com or call +91 98117 70005; we answer as soon as we can.
