A 20,000 sq ft workshop in Narela, Delhi, laid out as one chain: a part moves from the design desk to the laser, the V-groover, the press brake, welding and finishing, then inspection, packing and dispatch. Nothing that affects the corner or the finish leaves the building between steps.

How we make
Six operations,
one drawing
The difference is decided before the fold: a V-groove milled along the bend line gives a sharp corner where it is seen; a normal bend serves where it is hidden. Then the sheet is cut, grooved, folded, welded and finished without leaving the building.

Complex bending sections on a 5-axis CNC press brake, up to 3 m long.

Profiles, perforation and patterns cut on a 2 m × 4 m fibre laser bed.

TIG and spot welding, joints dressed, parts assembled before dispatch.
OperationSurface Finishing
Deburring, grinding, buffing, mirror and hairline polishing, bead blasting.
