How we work
From drawing
to dispatch
Every job, from one prototype to a full project, runs through the same procedure. You know at each step what we need from you, what we do, and what you get back.

Checking a folded part against the drawingInspection
The procedure
Every job,
the same steps
01EnquiryYou: Send the drawings (DWG, DXF or a dimensioned PDF), the metal, thickness, finish and quantity. A sketch is enough to start a new product. We: Register the enquiry and give it a number. You get: An enquiry number. Every drawing, revision, sample and dispatch is tracked against it.
02Drawing reviewYou: Answer the points we raise. We: Our design team checks the material, thickness, bend order, groove positions, flat lengths and finish, and any point where the shape cannot be made as drawn. You get: A review of your drawing: what works, what does not, and what would work better. If a detail cannot be made, you hear it first.
03QuotationYou: Confirm the scope. We: Price the job from material, thickness, dimensions, profile, quantity, bends, grooves, laser work and finish. You get: A written quotation. There is no price list, because a price without these would be a guess.
04Shop drawings and cut filesYou: Approve the drawings, where this is part of the scope. We: Prepare fabrication drawings and DXF cut files, nest the parts on the sheet and number every part. You get: Drawings to approve, and parts that are numbered for assembly.
05SampleYou: Approve the sample in the real metal and finish. We: Make a sample on the production machines. You get: An agreed corner, section and finish. Production repeats what you approve.
06Order and delivery dateYou: Place the order. We: Plan the job on our machines. You get: A delivery date, committed in writing with the order.
07ProductionYou: — We: Laser cut, V-groove, bend, weld and finish, in that order, on the same machines and programmes as the sample. You get: Parts that match the sample from the first piece to the last.
08PVD, if specifiedYou: Choose the colour on a real sample. We: Apply the PVD colour to the fabricated, buffed parts. You get: Colour over faces, edges and welds.
09InspectionYou: — We: Check dimensions, grooves, bend angles, surface, finish and packing before anything leaves. You get: Parts checked against the approved sample.
10Packing and dispatchYou: Tell us the site and the order you install in. We: Pack and number the parts and dispatch them from Narela, Delhi. You get: Delivery to your site anywhere in India.
11Repeat ordersYou: Quote the enquiry number. We: Run the kept programme again. You get: A repeat that matches the first order.
