Illustrative model, not a production calculation: the normal-bend radius uses a rule-of-thumb ratio for the metal, and the V-grooved corner is drawn turning about the bottom of a 90° groove. A thinner web gives a sharper corner but a weaker one; our design team sets the groove depth and confirms every radius on your drawing.
