06ProcessLaser, V-groove, bend, weld, finish: the route through our workshop.

07PrototypeMade on the production machines, so it is what the batch will be.

08ReviewYou check it; we revise it until you approve it.

09ProductionThe approved prototype becomes the standard.

10InspectionChecked against the drawing and the approved prototype.

11DispatchPacked, numbered and sent on the committed date.

What the design
team does

Drawing review and design for manufacture

We check your drawing before anything is cut: bend order, groove positions, flat lengths, minimum legs and joint details. Where a small change makes the part easier to make or better to look at, we suggest it.

Product development and prototypes

Bring a concept, a sketch or a reference. We develop the part with you, make a prototype on the production machines, and refine it until you approve it. Then it goes into production unchanged.

Shop drawings and DXF cut files

We prepare the fabrication drawings and the DXF cut files, nest the parts on the sheet and number every part, so complex jobs and parametric walls go together as drawn.
