This website

This website shows the sheet metal job work Metal Craft Studio (MCS) does: V-grooving, sharp bending, CNC bending, laser cutting, welding and finishing, and examples of parts we have made. We work business to business, on project quantities.

Information, not a specification

Product descriptions, material notes and finish descriptions are general guidance and do not form part of any contract. Dimensions, tolerances, capacities and technical data are confirmed for each enquiry, against your actual drawing. Do not rely on anything on this website as a specification without that confirmation.

Quotations

Every quotation is prepared for its project. It depends on the metal, thickness, dimensions, section, quantity, number of bends and grooves, laser work, finish and complexity. No price on this website is binding, and an order is agreed only by a written quotation and its acceptance.

Your drawings

Drawings, designs and samples you send remain yours. We use them only to review, quote and make your parts, and we do not make your design for anyone else.

Finishes and samples

Metal finishes do not photograph truthfully: colour and reflection change with light and camera. Approve every finish on a real sample in the intended metal before you order. Powder coating is arranged by MCS through approved coating vendors.

Pictures

Pictures show the kind of work MCS does. Edge close-ups are enhanced copies of our own photographs (cropped, light and sharpness adjusted; the bend is not changed). Some other pictures are illustrations and are labelled as such. No picture is a guarantee of a specific result on your project.
