Useful when a detail has never been made before, when a finish has to be seen at full size, or when several options need comparing in the hand. Any of the metals MCS works in; the prototype is made on the same machines as the production run would be.

Dimensions, tolerances and weights are project-specific. MCS does not publish fixed sizes for made-to-order sections, because the section is set by the substrate, the glass make-up or the panel module it has to suit. Contact MCS for project-specific technical data →

Section drawing or dimensioned sketch, leg lengths, overall length and quantity.

Metal, grade and sheet thickness — or the performance the detail has to meet, and MCS will suggest one.
